Returns and our promise

Our promise: if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.

Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We reply within 1–2 business days.

You don't need to send the item back unless we ask you to. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Kit items bought at a discount are covered the same way. If anything else goes wrong with your order, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
